(Mini rant) These guys worked hard to fix the problems in this app and no one helped them out by fixing their ratings after they fixed the problems you guys asked for. (Rant over) This app is awesome! A bit slow but it’s still an amazing app to find all your Japanese needs!
Beware of combined shipping fees

I am a first time user of this app. Bought 3 items about $32 USD. Shipping fees was about $7.50. My order was automatically put to combined shipping, which added extra $15.5 USD for combined shipping handling fees. I know the app has to make some money off the customers, but they should be more transparent about this fees since I didn’t know about this fees until the very last step of payment.
Terrible customer service and product descriptions

We spent over $700 on two rice cookers, food, and other products from the application to use in the USA. First it took over 3 months to get the shipments. When they did arrive the food was past its shelf life and had expired. The rice cookers were not designed to run in the USA. After going back and forth with “customer no service" they said we were stuck with two rice cookers we CAN’T USE AND CAN’T SEND BACK. We have been told that they don’t take phone calls for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Frustrating app

The back button disappears and you have to click the home button and start your search all over again. Too frustrating to use.
