  • False advertising, mostly a waste of time

    By Loyal chiver (Pcmac user)

I have been using the mobile app for a few weeks now. I was originally given a small amount of points towards rewards for joining. It was stated that participants would receive points for completing surveys that can be used to purchase gift cards and other prizes. Unfortunately I never received any points after my initial sign up, even for completing surveys or the daily activities and questionnaires that would often end up on televised news broadcasts or used in nationally syndicated news articles. I submitted feedback with my email hopes of getting an answer if I could fix this, but still have not received a response after two weeks. I’m going to keep the app because it’s a qualifying pollster for the US Democratic primaries, but I won’t be participating in the ratings system for brands, lifestyle activities, and celebrity recognition, and subsequently deleting it after the election. I’m not interested in submitting marketing data that companies will use to make money without some kind of compensation.
  • It won’t let me get past login

    By Sgtkeebler (Pcmac user)

It won’t let me get past the 2factor authentication. I contacted support they directed me towards their help article and blamed my internet or my browser I forgot which one. I stopped replying. I have been in IT for 5 years and networking 6. I have gigabit network with no dropped packets, low latency and they are telling me it’s something on my end that causing the problem. I’m giving it 3 stars because I like this app just disappointed that their app doesn’t work. Edit: so it will let me sign into my alt account, but the main account I want to use it doesn’t even send the 2 factor email too. I didn’t even receive an 2 factor email for my alt account, and have not signed into this app on this device at all! Riddle me that?!
  • Entirely unusable. Can’t get past log in page.

    By tvylrtryn (Pcmac user)

I signed up in a browser and then downloaded the app as the safari version has some bugs where I can’t type in to search for an option in the ratings without the page breaking and having to reload it. However now when I try to log in on the app it sends a security verification email to my inbox which is fine, I like that my opinions are secure, but without fail every time I click the link in the email to sign in it opens in safari rather than the app so I literally can’t get past the log in page. It is entirely unusable and very poorly designed if it can have such an issue. Honestly, trash.
  • Sharing the App

    By SpunkyD320 (Pcmac user)

The new layout is quite nice. Much smoother operation. However, I can’t find the link share on my account page. This is a disappointing loss as many of my friends would like to get involved as well.
