Repetitive Technical problem !!!!

I’m not sure how to get somebody’s attention as I’m assuming reading your reviews is not a daily occurrence. I clicked “app support” which I’d think would be the logical place to report a problem, but all that does it send me to MY FB page .....then am I supposed to just post the problem to all my friends??? Anyway, I’ve played almost 1000 games on ur app. Other than far too many ads, I like the app. Multiple times in the past few days the game quits before it’s over and I still have moves left. I’ve noted up to 20 moves left when a game suddenly quit. Granted I can just play it again. Bottom line, there’s clearly a technical glitch and I assume you’d like ur app to work correctly. With all due respect, having to report this in the reviews doesn’t seem the appropriate place, but it was the only option I could find. Hope to hear this has been corrected very soon. Thanks!!!
The Ads!!

I really liked this game and I tried to make it work but the ads were just too much to put up with. I couldn't get the game going because it will start off with ads. You have to stop the game and start it again several times before you can play because you can't stop the ad! Then they'll start giving you the ads that you "should" be able to "X" out of. But you can press that X 'til the cows come home but you can't X out. You have to exit the game and start again. But some times you'll get back in and you get a blank screen. So again you need to exit the game and start it again. Now I do understand the need for ads. But there is such thing as too many ads. And there is this game that far exceeds too many ads. They bring it to a whole new level!! Bye-Bye.
IMPOSSIBLE LEVELS; SADISTIC GAME

This would be a good game for little kids because you never run out of lives and the puzzles are easy. Except for the levels in which it is *impossible* to win three stars. I tried Level 49 several times. The last time I lit all six torches with one move and I wasn’t even able to get three stars for that feat. Why? There were several other Levels that were also impossible to “win”, meaning getting all three stars. It was a good game for me to play when I was feeling depressed and just wanted to move through without hitting a brick wall. The wall on “this app” isn’t even brick; it’s rubber. Hard levels I can understand. But impossible ones? That’s just sadistic programming.
Cute but easy

So far easy, but cute and relaxing. A LOT OF ADS. But you just get through them and the game goes on. A better review would be written in a day or two. Only been playing about 15-20 minutes. Now that I've been playing for awhile, it's still a cute, addicting game with a super ton of ads. The ads for Final Fantasy are especially annoying since you can't get rid of them fast and I don't like war games. At least change the ads more often.
