Great! Buuuut

I have been playing this game for only a little while, but hear me out. I love the clothing options, the story, and the level design. Although the game does not tell you what type of clothes to wear to a certain Ball, so it kind of turns into a guessing game to the point where you're practically wasting stamina. It only tells you the "Chic" or trend. This makes the feeling of getting new clothes less rewarding. Not to mention during Ladies War it practically expects an entirely different style without allowing you to change your characters outfit. Sometimes you are dragged into Ladies War unwillingly. So you could get an outstanding grade when you first enter the ball, but fail when you go to War. I find this kind of counterproductive and it once again takes away from the satisfaction of succeeding. Other than this, the game is great! I love the mini games incorporated into the story as well as the character design.
I love this game so much I had to give it 5 stars despite its flaws.

I’ll start with the flaws - it’s a little glitchy (however, it’s a pretty new game and they seem to be ironing the glitches out). It also suffers from a fairly bad translation. I can usually understand the intention, but for a game that revolves around intrigue and courtly manners, the clunky English takes away from some of the enjoyment. Despite this, I find myself not just playing it frequently but thinking about it frequently. The plot is top notch. The characters are compelling - and there are so many that even if a few aren’t to your taste, you’re almost guaranteed to find some who are. Although so far you can’t choose one person to romance, the romantic storylines really draw you in, and I really appreciate that both men and women are romantic options. I downloaded this because I enjoy dress up games, but I continue playing it for the genuinely interesting storyline. If the English can be polished up, it’ll be a genuine gem amongst video games!
Make the characters datable

The game is so thrilling the outfits and setting is so well detailed. It really captures the time period of the Victorian era and standards during the time. It’s exciting fresh and so much more engaging that other dress up games I’ve played love Nikki and I liked the game but I never felt there was a purpose to dress up in the story. But this game is amazing it gives a purpose in dressing up to gain favor and I information. I felt like a spy on mission! The only thing that would make this game even better is if the characters were datable! That would really make the game stand out and really better than the rest! Because unlike the other dress up games this one have a wonderful cast of characters the same should take advantage of that make more chances to react to them (especially Alan I love him make him datable). Anyways that’s just my review of the game thank you for making it!
Best Dress-up Game out there

I’ve played many many “dress-up” and “style” games including Covet and LoveNikki, and by far this is my favorite. The game play is addicting and the characters are interesting. You find yourself wanting to get to know them more and more. It’s not super hard to gain epic or super rare clothes without spending money, just complete quests. *MY ONLY ISSUE*, and it’s a big one, is the irritating swaths of syntactical and grammatical errors throughout the dialog. The story would be so much better if they hired someone to go through and edit all of the mistakes. At times, the story is very difficult to follow because of this. I’ve noticed that as the story has gone on, the errors have been decreasing quite a bit in number, but the beginning of the game was rough and I still run into them. I have a feeling that the developers might have been working on the issue.
