Great but not perfect

I really do love this app. This is the kind of thing I was looking for. We usually use paper charts for our children, however it was becoming a nuisance to print them out every week, and remember plus or minus points while we were away from the house. This app enables us to use a point system on the go with the convenience of the phone. I also like the fact that we can sync the account between mommy and daddy. However the one bug I found is that when I tried to sync my account the app crashed and I lost all my data because I had to reset it. Resetting it was pretty smooth. But now I'm worried about syncing. The other thing that is a little annoying about the app is that the general user interface is not exactly intuitive like it should be. Otherwise as far as functionality, this tool is perfect for our kids.
Ripoff / deceitful pricing for family but marginally useful

First, you have to buy the premium version for this to be useful. Not a big deal as I don't mind paying for valuable apps (I have upgraded many apps for as much as $20). However, this developer wants to squeeze as much as possible by making you think the upgrade fee is just 3.99. However, it is 3.99 per device even if you have Family Sharing. So, I can't share the app between my iPad and phone without paying for the upgrade again. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they basically said "Tough Luck". Don't buy it if you consistently use multiple devices as a family. If you only use one device as a family, you are probably fine. As for the app, I would say 50-60% is intuitive and the remainder just takes some clicking around to figure out how to customize. Customer service response time is fine, but pretty easy when you just have to respond with "too bad" all day. Perfect business model for AI canned responses I guess.
Promising - Needs Improving

I just tried this app with my grandson. So far it's great, I like the customization of tasks and rewards. Would like to be able to create categories and have the ability to add negative points. A reward system should include both not just one. Also I accidently added points and found like I've read in other review impossible to remove. So I had to redeem the points I accidentally gave by creating one speciffically designed to remove those points. By doing so however, it did not remove them from the "Points Earned" it only reflected in the "Current Balance" If the ability to award negative points and remove accidentlly awarded points and have them reflect int eh "Points Earned" this app would recieve five stars from me

I don't know why people are saying you can't remove stars or give negative points. If you accidentally put a star, just hold it and it will disappear. Likewise, if you hold a blank star it will turn red and carry a negative value. It might be possible I have an older version...but I don't know why they would remove a feature like that. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I purchased this app originally quite a while ago. For some reason it doesn't register that I paid for it in my iTunes account, so every time I get a new device I have to contact customer support to reinstate my full version purchase! Other than that, I have had no problems!
