Perkd - Loyalty & Reward Cards for Pc

Below, you'll find my original review but, thanks to the fact that I had previously e-mailed support and was able to again (despite not being a facebook user), I have changed my rating from one star to four again. As advertised, the new version of this app opens much faster and, therefore, it fulfills my needs. Turns out, they had a glitch that caused the app to hang if the network was slow and it was exacerbated by my registered account having disappeared from their records (even though they had my info in their system). The support team tells me that they have a glitch-free update in the approval chain right now. Still not sure why they require the app to have notification capability (since you can turn off reminders in the app itself) or why they only offer support via facebook (if you aren't lucky enough to have already e-mailed them for something) but, for the purpose it exists (in my world), this app is a good app and I recommend it. Finally, on the subject of support, once you do get ahold of the this app team, they are absolutely fantastic at solving problems! ---------------------------------------- This version was supposed to resolve slow start up but it now stalls at the "Setting up Card Library" screen so epic fail. - a glitch I thought this app was the best of the field and appreciated the customer service but they seem to have been resting on their laurels since Apple's passbook proved to be no threat. - not resting on laurels Oh, and "this app Support" is now only available via facebook so thanks for nothing (not everybody uses facebook). - still via e-mail if you happen to have the address

From the examples shown, I thought I'd be able to have a picture of the front and back of my membership cards. If the membership card isn't in their library, you can add it as a custom one but it won't have a picture. I tried to add Sally's Beauty Supply and a couple other common cards, but they weren't in their library. I can still add the cards, I just don't have a picture of the front of the card. I'd really like to be able to take a picture and store the front of the card, not just the barcode on the back.

I like that I can store all my loyalty cards in one place. Would love to see an update so I can organize my cards by category or even alphabetize or change the order they are listed. (currently cards are listed in the order that they have been added.) Also, please expand your rewards card database. I'd like to add my TrueBlue miles as well as a few other cards. App has much potential, hope to see improved updates.

No updates in the past 2 months despite negative feedback? Come on guys!!! I found my CVS, Food Lion and Petsmart cards but I can't click in them to add my number. It shows up in the search but that's it. Any suggestions? My Lowes Foods, Harris Teeter and Petco ones work fine though. PLEASE READ OUR FEEDBACK AND HELP US! Thanks. Update: 5mins later I can open the CVS card but when I scan the barcode it says invalid number for the barcode. Petsmart works but Food Lion still doesn't.
