What is OLYMPUS Image Share? The OLYMPUS Image Share (OI.Share) smartphone app allows users to import photos from their camera to their smartphone via Wi-Fi and share them with friends and family. The app also allows users to operate the camera from their smartphone, including adjusting camera settings and releasing the shutter remotely.

5. It also lets you operate the camera from your smartphone -- touch your smartphone screen to specify the AF point or release the shutter.
6. In addition, you can choose to control camera settings directly on the camera, and use the smartphone just for releasing the shutter, as if using remote cables.
7. All you need to do is use OI.Share to scan the QR code displayed on the rear monitor of a compatible camera to easily set up the initial wireless connection settings.

- Cannot import RAW images
- Need to be connected to appropriate WiFi host
- Remote control and UI could use improvements
- App does not check for duplicate imports
- App forgets what it was importing if interrupted
- Remote control mode is flaky
- App reports "no images" when trying to transfer photos
