The ActiveSG app is a free mobile application designed for smartphone users to explore sports and activity venues located throughout Singapore. The app provides real-time access to all facilities and programmes made available to the public by Sport Singapore. Download and install the ActiveSG app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ActiveSG on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ActiveSG"
The search will reveal the ActiveSG app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ActiveSG is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ActiveSG.
Now enjoy ActiveSG on PC.

Using ActiveSG on Mac OS:

To get ActiveSG on Windows 11, check if there's a native ActiveSG Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing ActiveSG:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "ActiveSG" » Click "Install" to install ActiveSG
- ActiveSG will now be available on your windows start-menu.

ActiveSG functions

- Steps tracker: The app integrates with Apple HealthKit to keep track of the steps you have conquered for each challenge/campaign organized.

- All user types: Registered users, verified members, supplementary (family) accounts, and junior (under-16) members can use ActiveSG with varying privileges.

- Smart search: Users can search for a sports facility nearby, view its location, and check its amenities. The app can also recommend the best possible venues for users' interests.

- End-to-end booking: Users can select the venue, date, and time, register for courses, sign up for events, add items to the shopping cart, and make payments, cancellations, and refunds.

- One-touch booking: The app remembers all previous bookings, allowing users to grab their favorite slots the next time round without retracing their steps.

Security Fix Still Needed!

The vendor really needs to get its act together and secure the app. Currently it is trivial to get personal information of other users from an arbitrary account. Until then, beware of disclosing personal details on the app. Update: Should the fix not be implemented by the next iteration, I would publicly disclose the vulnerability. The vendor really needs to wake up and learn some sense of accountability.. Update 2: Security flaw in WiFi hotspot captive login at gyms too. Unbelievable how these chaps are so lax.

That's it in two words: practical and flawless. As a new member of this app, i was excited to discover this app as part of the program. I've since purchased a monthly swim pass and the process was easy and seamless. You won't find any difficulty navigating the menus and option in this app. Thanks to the developers of the this app app. You've come up with a practical AND flawless way to enjoy the this app program.
