Higher percentages but unreliable

When I use this app for the first time my outcomes were pretty positive and so was my experience. I received higher cashback percentages that I did from other/similar apps. However when I continue to use this app, I noticed that the time for payout seem to get longer and longer. Their time to pay out varies depending on who you purchased from. I was told that some payouts could take up to 10 weeks! Who has time for that?! I have had some negative experiences where shopping trips have not been recorded even though I clicked the link for the app. To date I still use other apps such as Ebates with far better results. Ebates pays consistent leave on time and consistently and accurately records clicks when Purchasing through their site. If you are patient this app is for you for higher pay out. But if you are inpatient like me stick with a more reliable app such as Ebates.
Don’t waste your time

I was actually kind of excited to try this. I completed an offer over a month ago. I waited nearly a month to be able to cash out. I cash down on November 27 and was told that my payout would be in the next batch. I waited an additional week and still no payout. I open a support ticket and was told they were working on it. After several days I followed up and they canceled my pay out made me start again. Only this time it saying because my details were recently updated I have to wait 72 hours. For the measly amount of money I am getting out of this it was not even remotely worth my time.
Don’t Waste Your Time

This app is a complete waste of time. I used the app properly several times and each time I had to file a claim for the cash back. They advertise higher percentages. But what is 1 or 2% worth when you have to take the time to file a claim and then wait weeks for it to be resolved. And several times they outright denied payment for no reason. Use Ebates! You see your payout right away. Yes you do have to wait for a quarterly payment but at least you can see the purchase record and know your payment is in the works. Also, Ebates has excellent customer service!

This company takes FOREVER (and I do mean forever) to give you your cash back! I have never seen a cash back program take so long to credit. The percentages look great "on paper", however, that really does me no good if I am not able to my money in a timely manner. I waited almost 3 months for my cash credit. After I was able to cash out I stopped using the program entirely and went back to Ebates, the king of cash back programs in my opinion. I also use the Drop, Dosh, & Spent apps F.Y.I. this app is a joke and I'm surprised people still use their service at all.
